Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heritage Goods purchase. Because our products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, please review the following before initiating a return.
Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return: Email us at howdy@heritagegoods.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll coordinate with our supplier on your behalf and get back to you within 2 business days with next steps. Please do not ship any items back until you've heard from us.
Refunds: Once your return is confirmed and accepted by our supplier, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
